Early gameplay footage, not the marketing hype train videos that are inevitable:

“This is the Dawn of War that fans have been waiting for” explains executive producer Stephen MacDonald in a statement, “Our biggest units ever? Check. Giant orbital lasers? Check. Base-building, epic heroes, huge battles, it’s all in there.”

For me it's an insta buy. Dawn of War II was pants compared to the original Dawn of War with it's expansions, and more importantly the ultimate apocolypse mod that took the original game (which was already great) and just took it to a whole new level introducing full scale controllable titans and a whole host of improvements and new units for each faction.

    (http://www.moddb.com/mods/ultimate-apocalypse-mod for those interested)

Dawn of war II tried to do something completely different from a traditional RTS and imo failed spectacularly much like Supreme Commander 2 did. Again, not such a great idea trying to fundamentally change the formula of an amazing RTS game that I and thousands of others still play to this day, especially with the FAforever mod that allows online co-operative campaign play for up to four players (https://www.faforever.com/ for those interested in that).

Dawn of war III is returning to it's roots and I'm actually really excited for this game as a long time fan of the Warhammer 40K universe.

Is anyone else looking at picking this up?
