Fallout 4?

Found that yesterday! Had a good laugh as well. During a Minutemen quest, right? :icon_cheesygrin:

So, I realize I'm pretty unknown on this site, but hey, I have to jump in 'cause I have nowhere else to talk about this game.

HOLY BEJESUS! I am in love with this game. I don't know how I am supposed to pay attention to my wife and family anymore.

Also, I've been wandering around my office stuffing coffee cups, plates, staples and pencils into my pockets.

God help me.

hahaha. I'm surprised at how much I've been holding on to stuff. In past games I'd mass sell everything I could carry to the nearest vendor but a combination of terrible strength and abysmal charisma has me barely selling a thing (and obviously a ton of uses for everything)

I might add that the eyeglass feature (to mark to find parts you need) is genius, too.

I don't know 100% but it seems charisma really drives prices and all and it's great to see it has a great influence than in past Bethesda games.

HEY. I make up for it with perfect intelligence and agility. You take it back or I'll quickly math you to death.

Fallout 4 is everything I wanted it to be. My binge will probably continue until Sunday, when I have to go back to real life :(

Ugh my dumb ass put a bunch of points into pickpocket when I have 3 agility and no stealth. I should have planned my character out better after my initial stat roll.

Took a couple tries but I finally managed to pick pocket the fusion core out of power armor.

Edit: Decided to try and see if there would be any consequences stealing the armor off a BoS guard:

Hahaha, that's nicely done iron!

And, in the catagory funny news, appearantly the release of fallout 4 caused a 10% drop in activity on Pornhub XD (amongst gamers)

Pornhub released the chart above. It shows that traffic was actually up 5 percent among gamers in the early morning hours of 3-4 AM, which the site said was probably when Fallout 4 was installing. But starting at around 5 AM, Pornhub traffic dropped, diving as much as 10 percent from 7 AM - 12 Noon.
I hope you all washed your hands before starting to play, you bunch of dirtbags! LOL

We should create a dedicated topic for "off duty" site sharing.
Cuz what will happen if somehow fallout can't be played?

Amazed with the game still and only 27 hours in. Not nearly enough! Haven't gotten too far on the main quests just yet, so distracted with many other side adventures and peeking through every nook and cranny.

I've found a unique sword (If it could be called a sword) called Nrezmir's tooth. Anyone else find any nice unique items yet? (Don't spoil where it is!)

I also understand now why they didn't include a hardcore mode like Fallout New Vegas had (having a hunger bar, thirst bar, and sleep bar). Grow-able food has never been a thing as far as I know, so it would just be annoying and a matter of fast travelling back to any sanctuary you own and eating, drinking and sleeping there. Wouldn't be fun and doesn't make sense.

You'd have to disable fast travel. I'd still expect to see hardcore mods pop up very soon.

Well I beat it. The little bugs and glitches were cute but started to get annoying and hamper progress as the game went on. I think I've had my fill of the game for now until they patch some stuff and mods become available.

I love the one where your settlers spawn on the roof of houses if you load a savegame :)
Every house that's not salvageable is now fitted with a staircase.
You still have to kinda push them if it happens as it seems the roofs aren't exactly useable bij A.I.

Haven't had any real bugs so far, have played quite a while now, but haven't gone far along the main story line at all yet. level 17 now.

Funniest bug I've seen around so far was a guy having his head ripped off by a deathclaw, but for some reason had a shred of health left, so he went on playing with his headless character. Funny enough his game managed to deal with it, as enemies can't do headshots on him, for obvious reasons, and his perception actually went to near nothing, as he has no eyes and ears anymore, lol.
