2015 iRacing Bathurst 1000

Hey guys I was thinking about running some of the Bathurst 1,000 and was seeing if anyone was interested in teaming up this Saturday!

HAHAHA, he actually tried to make the jump? Was that after the race then because you still finished 4th?

I'm trying to find it in the broadcast but the current best quality is 144p for some reason.

Btw, wanted to stop by and wish you good luck but didn't see you online... Did you start today's race?

Did the first 3 hours, then scraped the wall a little bit in the Falken Elbow. That bent my steering, so I went into the pits to fix the 5 minutes optional repair so after waiting 5 minutes (it didn't display a timer) I left the pits. It didn't fix anything about my steering so this caused me to crash coming straight out of the pits and hurt my engine.

Another 13 minutes of repair, this time I saw the timer go down to 0. I tested it for a few laps and while my steering was near enough fixed, my engine was way too slow to have any fun so I made the jump D) and stuck it in a wall after landing.

Thats too bad man, but even three hours is a pretty stout task.Better luck next time!

Besides the cool down lap that race was a blast, we hung in there for a top 5 and that's all that matters to me. Great job Marc and thanks for staying up to do it, we earned that finish.
