little P, it was fine the last time you were ingame so something you've done between then and now has f3ck3d up your sound.

That drop pod kill was awesome lol

Sorry about the mic guys, I've sorted it now, it's my Turtle Beaches, they're fubared. Already re-soldered them a few times now so I've just ordered some new ones and hopefully won't have that problem. Also fixed the trasmitting pc audio over ts problem, so once these new cans arrive I should be good to go.

This twitch thing looks good, I'm gonna have to look into this :)

how did you fix the pc audio over ts? because i have the same problem and helpdesk (wap) couldn't get it fixed.

Yeah Wappy mentioned you had the same problem, I always assumed you were using speakers ;) Do you have Realtek Audio Manager? I fixed it with some settings in there. If you have I can run you through it mate :)

Keep in mind if you got a soundcard, disable HD Audio (onboard audio) in the Bios. A month ago I was having some whack sound issues (mostly left speaker cutting out) and wanted to get away from the Creative Labs X-Fi Fatality anyway that I've had for years (and worked until lately) so I picked up an Asus Xonar DXT. Great card for the little cash it costs and no gimmicks, unlike the X-Fi. Anyhoo, the issue appeared again and upon looking, somehow my Bios was reset so my onboard audio was enabled. Once I disabled it the issue went away. This must have been the issue with the X-Fi and not that the card was failing which is what I suspected. So to lessen the chance of a conflict between onboard sound and a soundcard disable the audio in the bios.

Most don't run soundcards these days anyways so it's all probably moot point.

Shilka, next time we're on TS we can try and get it sorted, hopefully copying my settings as they stand now will fix it for you as it did me

I've gotten back into this game recently and have noticed it's even ok to play on your own provided your where the action is. I actually do enjoy this game a fair amount as it plays amazingly smooth, looks decent and is pretty action packed.

I'll be ingame this week since it's Week 13 at iRacing and I'm not interested in the shenanigans.

If anyone is looking to play together then please let me know.

Always up for some PS2 (No not Playstation 2 .... ) .
Time zones are probably going to be a problem though ....
