It's about time they implemented something like this. I've joined probably a dozen or so times only to have the map change and me get recorded as a loss for a team I never even spawned into.
This actually saved me joining the losing team with 5 or so tickets left on a Server last night.
I have a feeling this may drastically change many or our Win/Loss Ratios.
