Found a great article I thought I should share at the very least with the racing community here. A very thorough explanation on why OLEDs, even with high frame rates, still have motion blur, what causes it and more.
I find it very fascinating that this is going on so fast... really cool to learn what is really going on when the screen is updated.

Here's a really cool test for 60hz monitors that will showcase motion blur well. If you have a higher monitor (I don't) I believe it will not blur:
