The fact with the new patch is that for most people it does fix the glitches related to the dead soldiers bodies.
However the new patch is just a "Hotfix" intended to be released before last weekend.
i've read tons of posts on the patch and it's more or like a 50/50 situation, for about half the people it worked, and the other half doesnt see a change or even an increase in glitches.
I am now only talking about the gfx glitch, as most of the other mentioned bugs/fixes actually does work.
I.e. the animation of the zombies are now more accurate, the agro is said to be lower, so now you can get closer to them without them aggroing.
