This is from the same guy who worked on the ill fated Pinnacle of V mod. As the Toddyhancer mod looks to have stalled (surprise surprise... that guy never finishes what he starts) this is the future for GTA 5 enhancers for now.

And it looks incredible. Check out some of the videos on that site, and it's going to be released on August 26th. I'm looking forward to this one...

This mod has now been released. I am using it with the "Ultra V2" preset and I can confirm GTA 5 is now photo realistic. Absolutely jaw dropping to be honest. I wasn't sure he could pull it off but he has. Also, the sounds are great now, firing a weapon now actually sounds realistic. There's a ton of improvements with this mod, it's not just graphical improvements. Very impressive work. This was just a quick screenshot I took...
