GTX 970 Lawsuit

Got an email about a class action lawsuit against NVIDIA regarding my 970. Digging deeper it is in regards to ther "4GB memory" that is really 3.5 + .5 that is a LOT slower and rarely used.

So you could be due for some money if you have a 970.

I think I read somewhere they estimate NVIDIA would settle for around 30 dollars per customer.

That looks like a picture of a reference card. Does this mean that it's only for these cards or does it apply to EVGA, Asus, etc.?

Everything I've read points to all 970s. Did you get an email from Newegg regarding the class action lawsuit, Ken?

People on iRacing are also saying it applies to their 960s and 980s. Overall the product list is HUGE.

No I didn't register the product with anyone so I've heard nothing of it until now. I may contact my Vendor to find out if my card is one that falls into this category.
