Oh, it may have. I haven't checked in a few days. I have Diamond Heist. It's tough, but doable. Stealth is fun, but difficult. Loud is, well, loud.
The new XP system will blow your mind. You get XP for completing objectives now...which means heists like Cook Off and White Christmas are now basically XP farms, even at lower levels.
I didn't play before those changes came to stealth, but yeah, that'd make it a LOT easier. I think they basically just have the attitude of wanting people to play the game a particular way, but a lot of their design decisions haven't made a lot of sense. For example, the XP change DOESN'T apply to Shadow Raid, given all the extra loot you can steal. Mostly because they didn't want people just ECM-rushing, and they haven't figured out how to stop it. So, they basically gimped XP payouts just for that map. Sometimes it's like they think they're running an MMO...
I absolutely agree with you about working with a team that communicates. my Steam friends list grew considerably after meeting up with people who actually communicate in-game.
