While it looks interesting, the pricing model is ridiculous.

I know some Sim City fans are really grumbling about the small city sizes in this iteration. That and the required internet connection seem to be the biggest downers for folks as more and more is revealed about his game.

I'm staying fairly neutral and optimistic myself. I don't mind a bit of social interaction in my games, and it could be fun for an online community to build complimenting cities for trade, tourism, etc. The introverted side of me is a bit concerned that I won't be able to sit down and enjoy the game in my own little quiet world.

I'm looking forward to getting my hands on this when it releases despite any concerns.
