Sorry for being such an insufferable whiner on TS last night. It's no excuse, but I just get frustrated when I get destroyed over and over again because my hands don't cooperate with me and I get overmatched.
It's better to have a whiny Johnny than no Johnny at all
Johnny I have learned some tips as of late that may help you a bit in your gameplay. I realize your hands don't help you much but I do understand discomfort as I get it too with my wrist so oftentimes I play through a fair amount of discomfort.
If you're interested we can hop onto a server and talk about some of these tips. They really have helped in my gameplay so I'm confident they'd work for you as well.
Dont be sorry

I had the same, i just couldnt believe the fact i had become so rusty after 6 months of absence.
Especially that JHoeng character pissed me off quite a bit...

I used to be the point click and kill one....and now i get overmatched by british chick!
In all honesty guys, I expected us to get completely steamrolled. We were outmatched long before Harp and J joined in simply because the [TLB] Squad plays BF3 almost every night.
All in all we really didn't do that bad and only lost due to ticket count. I actually felt pretty good when we ended that scrim because we did a very good job as a team. Everyone was doing their best to call out where the threat was and I thought our Team Cohesion was overall pretty good.
That being said, we could have closed the gap if we'd had some time ingame together which I'm sorry but I couldn't manage. For the next Scrim in about a month (if people here are interested), we'll go over strats used in Comp Gameplay which should hopefully improve our chances.
The biggest hurdle we face though is having people show up who say they'll show up. I really appreciated the fact that Harp and J stepped in but we should never have required them.
What we need to know if we're to continue Scrimming against [TLB] is the following:
- Who is interested in it?
- Who can commit to not just match day but practices at least once/week every week until match day?
- Do we have alternates who can step in on a moments notice?
- A fixed player count so we can practice the strats for that amount of players.
There are different strats for different sized Teams; 5v5, 8v8 and 12v12 will all have different playbooks. This holds especially true when armor is involved as armor is a mimimum 2-3 player commitment and this team has to be cohesive.
