So are we in agreement that we'll just change the cars to feature the slowstice or mazda? I can't imagine the hilarity that will ensue from using the slowstice. That one time we all got in it at Laguna was a blast.

I've heard countless feedback on how fun the Ruf AWD is as well so maybe I could throw that suggestion on the table.

Personally I've never tried it but if it's half as much fun as people around here says it is it may make for a very good time.

As long as it is something everyone has, I'm totally fine with it. I just would rather not get into the really niche cars. The big thing is if we can get even a few viewers of streams interested and actually into the session to have fun with us, I think that is great.

By the way, for the graphic, what should we put on it? Should we have a picture of our DrinkUp Champion's Chalice? What wording do we want to put? I think something that we can edit easily and change often is the way to go, so we can advertise a variety of things.

I don't believe the Ruf to be a niche car because it's probably the most commonly used car in all of iRacing. The Ruf has it's own series (Ruf Cup), runs in GT3 and World Sports Car so my guess is most everyone will have it or is considering purchasing it.

I'm willing to bet more people have the Ruf than Long Beach.

I'd probably put the chalice, tagline, track name and date on the graphic which is going to be tight for sure.

I was thinking I could put it off to the right in my streams as that area is currently unoccupied but it shouldn't be larger than the Band of Others + Practice Pals logos stacked to the top left of my stream window.

I like people to be able to see as much as possible when I'm streaming so the smaller the logos the better. I'll actually be downsizing both the Band of Others and Practice Pals logos once more as they're both pretty big for 720p.

I just got that track and i have the Ruf so, i'm up for any version of the Ruf... they all crash the same anyway.

I wasn't saying the RUF is a niche car. I agree with you in saying a very good portion of iRacers probably have it. Was just making the point that we should keep it to where most people can join.

Also agreed that Long Beach is not owned by many. Only reason I think its doable though is, its a 5 dollar track and attracts a lot of interest because it isn't ran often at all.

I agree it should be cars that most have but having said that, Tech Tracks doesn't fall into that category either.

It's already set we're using Long Beach but in the future I'd refrain from using tracks that are not widely used in iRacing if you want people to join. My guess is many won't want to buy a track for this one event, especially strangers we're trying to draw in from Twitch and YouTube.

I've been considering this quite a bit lately so I'm going to start adding Polls to my streams where people can come to the Blog and vote on whatever Poll is running.

I'm going to ask specifically about License Classes, Favorite Series, Favorite iRacing Cars, Favorite Tracks, etc, and re-direct viewers to the Blog to accumulate that data.

This will certainly go a long way toward helping us determine League as well because right now we're guessing what people want but nobody here (myself included) really has a clue.

(EDIT: I thought you meant our league, not the events) I don't necessarily agree with an all-default track lineup, throwing those in every few weeks is a definitely something we should do though. And yes, keeping to those and the popular tracks like the Glen, Spa, Silverstone, etc.

Just no Laguna please.

Definitely not all default but I think in the beginning it may help as it will be about getting bodies involved so we have to make it as easy as possible.

I'm with you all the way on Laguna, I just can't stand that track.

Does LRP have a shorter version or is it only the one with the hilltop chicane?
