GL HF, eat nothing but cheese and eggs for 3 days before the event and you'll be absolutely fine.
Haha I would die if I would only eat cheese and eggs I need my meat

Yeah the being up for 24hrs is going to be the hard part. Yeah I will be ofcourse in teamspeak all the time with you guys and my stream will also be running.
Yeah if I get to the point where I would risk other ppl's race I would go away and take a quick nap or something cause I am doing this for a good cause and not to prove somehting to myself like some other "oh-so-cool-wannabe" racers that are also trying to do the 24hrs of Daytona completely Solo.
But I have my strategy that worked already pretty good:
The week beofre stay up till 3-4am sleep till 6.45am wake up drink 1 coffee have a small light meal, warm up do a as log racestint as possible. Come down, do something else.
(School?) at 12.00 eat small lunch
(btw. drinking a large glass of water helps to feel less hungry) drink 1 coffee over the course of the next 4 hours. Do the stream practice atleast 2 fuel stints, have fun.
On the Friday before the race go to bed at the end of a movie of your choice. Stay in bed and try to fall asleep even though you cant.
Stand up when you wake up on Saturday.
( Stand Up morning? Drink 2 coffee's before and after midday. Stand up midday? Drink 1 coffee before 2pm and get a 2nd one ready before the start of the race. At around 4pm 1 more coffee)
Through the night of Sat and Sun drink Red Bull whenever you start to feel so tired that the concentration fades slowly away also ask yourself when being in the pit how you feel right now and if you think that you can make this whole next stint.
(oh and btw dont forget to be really good hydrated and EAT! <- most important thing right now at this time about Endurance Races like that always ahve atleast 1 Energy Bar in your belly and 1 lying beside you ready to eat.)
Once its past 7am you can switch again back to coffee but at that point you ahve so much coffein in your body that you will stay awake now anyway msot important thing now: Being Hydrated! If you are past the 16hour mark of a race there is no return from the being-tired-land. No matter how well you were rested how much coffee you ahve in your blood you are so tired that nothing is gonna help now. Just eat those last few Energy Bars and stay as hydrated as possible.
(You can also mix your water up with 2 or 3 bottles of Gatorade Powerade or whatever energydrink you prefer <-- can sometimes perform miracles)
And there you go. You are now past the 20hour mark. Still feeling good? then Push most other racers didnt prepare for this as good as you did. Feeling tired? just stay safe dont take too much risk just bring this beauty home BABY!!!
Oh and btw. for you guys that are racing it in the team: Seriously if you gotta race at an odd time for you then get atleast 1-2 Energy Bars or a Energy Drink as said above they can perform miracles!
I have been on both sides of the scale already at the end of an event. I ahve been on the push like hell and gain alot of spots as well as just try to survive and bring it home BABY!!! side of this scale.
But I am pretty confident about this race. I never had such a good setup for a 24hr race before, also never had that much info on my fuel usage and the tyres (shoutout to John for racing a whole stint with my setup).
I only ahve 1 worry..... the pit exit. I have seen too many cars already
(including myself) that took a too sharp T1 and because of that ending on the inside of the pitexit wall....
(nor I want to get taken out when exiting pits by such a car)
