ARMA2 event 06.11.2012 - Roll Call

Once again we head out into the unknown....or the all too well know as it may be.
Depending on our numbers we'll play the mission "Poppyhead" again, where we will bring the sneaky Mr.Poppyhead to justice or we could give the night mission from last time another try (I don't remember the name just now).

Also, I'm open to suggestions of other missions if you find something interesting

Weeeeeell, we're not elite....and maybe not a super killing machine either (as the missions show, time after time)....BUT! We're having tons of fun! :icon_cheesygrin:

Here's some screens from our first mission last night:

Moving into positions for the oncoming firefight...

Overwatch. Wapwap on the roof and GA (barely visible) in the doorway down left.

The team is splitting up in two. Ogami, Rolfy and HaJa are to move closer to the "killing zone"

A civilian cought in the firefight

A short shootout inside the village

And this is the result

We found the UN officer that was taken hostage, but we later lost the mission when he was shot by some incoming enemies.

This one managed to kill one of us before he was taken out himself

Thanks everyone for a very fun event again. The first mission started out a bit slow but turned into the regular close encounter firefight in the end.
After that we gave Poppyhead another try, where I managed to kill the suspect just as everything went as smooth as one could hope for. Sorry about that!
Next time....
