I think that is just a draft of the schedule @Bedo , post your availability times here in GMT please and I think it is Marc that is updating it.

This is just the crude Availability Chart, as of right now.

Won't be able to make the actual schedule until I know the number of stints for each car (HPD should be 29-30 stints, for example). This will just give me a visual aid when I make the actual schedule, so look it over and make sure that I've got your times right, and if I don't have times for you, please get them to me.

As of right now, we have 8 drivers on the GT1/E team and, depending on the drivers that I don't have info for yet, we might be able to;

split those into two four-driver teams,
or
move Dennis down to the GT2/E team, and keep GT1/E at 7 drivers like we had for the 24h of Daytona (especially since Reid can only do two stints)
I know the GT2/E team wanted more drive time but, either Noël and Sam will have to work out who stays up late and who wakes up early, or Dennis could help take some of the late night load off Patrick.
I can drive in the night/early morning as well since that would be a really long stretch for Patrick. Ideally until 03:00 GMT or from 05:00 GMT. We're definitely going to want triple stints at that point since they'll be only about 2.5 hours long.

@Nejtun I can make a tentative HPD fuel schedule from your fuel usage data but I'd need a few more variables:
- The estimated average lap time of the team
- Approximate times for both replacing tires and filling the fuel. And whether or not they're done at the same time.
- Tank size (78 kg?)

@Noodleguitar Tank size is 60 Kg, full tank takes 30 seconds (roughly) i will get an exact figure but that is pretty close. Tyres are separate and take 16 seconds, we have already tried to double stint the tyres and it is no problem. I will try a triple stint on them but I am not sure if any of us are actually planning on doing 3 stints in a row.

Have to get back to you on the average lap times, but in late afternoon default weather I think Marc was consistently in the 3:35s I was 3:36 as was Luke , not sure for Matt yet.

Okay, couldn't fill in my times, but I think I am available from (GMT) 1400 - 1700, 1900-2300, 2100 - 100, 1200 - end. I can be flexible, but would prefer one stint at time.

Weird, it SAYS "Anyone with this link can edit.." but then you also have to make sure to change the 'eye' symbol to a 'pen' symbol. Document is now editable! Obviously please make sure to only edit your own times, please!

If this link works, this is my data from the last practice session I ran in default weather. My average fuel usage is around 4.45kg per lap and average lap time is ~3:36:000. Fuel buddy claims that I would need 29 pit stops, but that maths out to 60.28kg's per stop? When you factor in time to pit and traffic, that will probably be accurate, though.

Also, double-stinting tyres is a given, but Dino suggested it is possible to go up to 2.5 hours on tyres. I think every time we switch drivers, and only when we swicth drivers, we will change tyres.

Assuming of course iRacing doesn't f3ck with the tire model in week 13 like they did last Season.

HPD fuel.

I've added two sheets. On the first it assumes single stinting tyres, doubling on the other one. The first one fits pretty much perfectly in 29 stops, so the shortened pit stops when double stinting means you might have to do 14 laps somewhere. Only if you can keep up 3:36.5 average though, which might be hard in traffic. Then again, you always want some leeway for an extra lap.

I used the average fuel usage of Nejtun and Marc. Fuel buddy is a bit of an ass because it saves it all as Litres so I have to convert it to kg myself (luckily it also shows the conversion factor used). In the spreadsheet it is indicated as 'L' but that's just a notation thing.

Edit: my script doesn't deal with skipping tires selectively, so I just adjusted the tires time to 8s for all pit stops.

Even if you select ''Kilos'' in the "Settings"?

Ahh, well I'm guessing Nejt is running in Kilos already, so it just always exports the CSV in Liters...

lame...

Thanks for the chart, Noël! Will make creating the schedule a lot easier.

I don't really like the "Distributed" 3rd and 23rd pit stop though;
Fuel Remaining: 0.0

Brainling

Hardcore
Lap time wise in the HPD I'm solidly in the 3:40 flats at this point, I should be down in to the high 3:30's consistently before the race, so I think a team average of like 3:38 or 3:37 is doable?

Thanks for doing that Noel, Marc is correct, my fuel buddy is set to kilos for the HPD. Just fyi the HPD sputters very early so we can let Marc do the stints that come in with negative numbers in the tank ;)

i'm still available for (unexpected) driver changes during my non prefered hours. i'd just rather not :) because 6 am GMT is my worst enemy

but seeing as how we only have 3 drivers i think all of us will have to make some sacrifices.

not sure if i should be happy or sad....

anyway, i guess all ford practice from now on would be useless untill the GTE realease?
is the current ford team going to drive the GTE ford?
