I'm going to host a 4 hour practice session in 20 minutes, so that we don't have to play russian-roulette with the practice sessions.

It's about an hour. Similar to GT1/2/3. With fuel maps, you might be able to extend it a lap, depending on where in that lap you'll run out.No, there isnt a driving order for the GTE teams yet because there isnt any fuel stint data yet. When there is a confident stint length, then we can project how many stints there should be in the race, and then I can pair a driver with each stint. Hopefully that will get done tomorrow or, for sure, Friday.
I got about 5 laps in last night running Fuel Buddy. I was seeing 61 minutes. I should have taken a screen shot when I finished. I will try to get another session in today and post a screenshot here. No, there isnt a driving order for the GTE teams yet because there isnt any fuel stint data yet. So I like to touch you Deb, what can possibly be wrong with that
You should be flattered![]()
Weird that you didn't like our previous setup. Most of us felt it was very drivable. I agree the numbers look weird (ARB mostly). The lower spring rate is something I forgot to test but that is a good one. I'll also do some more testing today with the 3 major setups we have so far.For the setup, I'll have something finalized tomorrow. Here are the changes that I made in the last V3 set I shared:
Full soft springs - let the car compress under aero for max straight line speed.
Tire pressures to 20 - the 18.5 felt too mushy and temps were weird. Definitely, needed a stiffer tire.
Front ARB - softer
Front dampers - optimize turn in, help with lockup, keep traction on corner exit.
Rear dampers - better bite on exit.
Rear ARB - softer
Diff - lowered preload to give the car more freedom on turn in and less wheelspin on corner exit.
It might need a bit more rake.
If you don't like, it let me know what you don't like, and I will be happy to fix it.

I was hoping to have some fuel numbers from yesterday but Fuel Buddy reset my data when I pitted in and out. I think we need to save a little bit to make it an extra lap (might be possible flat out). I had quite a few slow-downs and got into the pits with 0.5 L left.
Was there a plan to do more Practice Pals tonight or Battlefield? If we're driving I might go to sleep before that.
Thanks, I might have missed that. I'll test the pit stop later and get an initial fuel schedule up based off this.I said about fuel few posts before. This is with out lap.Average is 6.058L
