B2O League Announcement (Opinion Required)

Hello fellow iRacers,

Well it's coming down to crunch time and I feel we've still a ways to go before we nail down League. I just don't know that we've done enough to this point to know exactly how things will pan out so I don't want to represent us in this manner.

Instead I want us to run next Season as our first official Season however I think it's in our best interests to communicate that it's primarily an R&D Season.

This way no one will be out of sorts should we need to change scoring, rule set, balancing, etc., mid Season.

I also need to start advertising this on Twitch Streams so I'll be using your banner Kyle starting either this week or next.

It's also quite possible that I drop the remainder of the V8 Season after tonight in interests of gaining awareness toward Practice Pals and the League in general.

Some of the the reason for the above is I need time to work on League Website integration. Unfortunately the theme engine I'm using for the Blog is out of date which requires a reskin on updated software; how much I have no idea?

How many do you even have that are registered in the league? Advertising on iRacing forum goes long ways.

A good question. Duke perhaps it might be time to get an official sign up going?

I'll do that on the weekend then because I need to alter our League Page first.

As of this response we have 12 drivers.

Has a licence level decision been made yet? C or higher?

No rookies would be my guess so D or higher. I'd suggest we have a minimum SR on D License Drivers though.
