B2O/Practice Pals League Race Friday night Sept 18, 2015

After a terrific Session last Friday, I'm very stoked about this Friday's Races at Mid-Ohio.

Hopefully we can get a few more guys on the Grid this Friday night.

This week we'll be looking to clear up the following:

1. Finalize a recurring time schedule for Qualify Race and Main Race.
2. Set N value inverse grid for Qualify Race. This is an important factor as fast guys will no longer grid at the very tail of the field.

I'm very excite!

Are there any plans for a practice sesh during the week? I know you guys usually did practice on Mondays in the V8's last season...

Tonight is Practice Pals and it's focused on GT3.

Well "figured" is my vauge way of saying I know what turns are where, I don't remember ever driving at mid ohio...

My "figured" is the exact opposite. I remember driving at Mid-Ohio (thanks Ken) but I don't know where the turns are at all.

Mid Ohio is an amazing track! It's really technical and punishes those who can't be consistent.

There's few tracks in the iRacing Service that can teach you more about the importance of being consistent than Mid Ohio IMHO.

Next to VIR, it's one of my favorite tracks in iRacing.

In all seriousness though, I might like it more in the BMW, because part of my problem was the Macca never felt planted there. So we'll see. But I still doubt I'll like it much.

It's the only way to get rid of them.

God knows there's not that much traffic in there.

As you could probably see I don't hate Mid-Ohio that much anymore. I mean it's still low on my list of tracks for sure. It was just the Mid-Ohio / McLaren combo was a match made in hell. Will have to run the official series this weekend for sure.

I'm trying to upload my Mid-Ohio race as a zip file (140 MB) but I can't get it to show up in the attachment manager. It uploads fine but after it completes I don't see the file appearing in the window.

Do you guys know how to use .ftp such as Filezilla and upload to a Web Server?

I always did it with Microsoft Explorer, seemed to work fine as well.
