I was browsing looking to see if there are any returning member discounts available (anyone know of any btw?) as I'm feeling the urge to return for some iRacing and spotted this on the twitter feed... any idea who was driving? Pretty cool though I thought

I would guess it was Noel seeing as it's the Mickey Laren. He was running COTA to get full participation for the season or something.

I noticed that on Twitter today too but couldn't make out the car#.

I think that's an Enduro picture though and I don't know if Noel ran COTA Endurance?

I'm pretty sure those are Noel's metallic yellow rims.

I think it was Noel. Those kind of look like his goldish rims that he runs. I only ran one sprint race at COTA for the participation and that was in the Ruf.

Haha, yes that was me. Throughout the week I kept thinking: "Oh crap, I still need to race CotA to get my 8 weeks." So I did a single race on Sunday, I believe.

Always nice to see Band of Others show up somewhere where you don't expect it.

That picture must have been taken near the start of the race. In front of me was Markus Maier who got away because I wasn't consistent enough. In first was a ridiculously fast BMW who I didn't know.

And I didn't die on the curb, the picture doesn't show how much the McLaren was understeering at that time . I believe the track temperature was around 48 degrees.

Edit: The article seems to be about the endurance series but the screenshot was from a BSS race.

They probably won't have any big discount sales until the Summer. Or was there something for Easter as well?
