So how do you guys feel about this?

Personally I have no problem with EA trying to make a buck but I sometimes (who am I kidding, all the time) get the feeling that EA will only do something if they see massive profits in it. I think this is the reason we have to wait so long for BF3 patches as patching only loses money.

If really all you're talking about is skin packs or texture packs, it's something that most anybody can do in a weekend with Max or Maya and Photoshop.

While it may look cool it won't do anything to the game mechanic unless some of these dlc's are like the Mass, overpowered and unfair advantages for those low enough to actually use them.

I'm not paying for it. I'll buy expansions but not cosmetic crap.

It's no surprise EA is jealous over CoD's Elite service cause of it's popularity. If EA can make an extra buck out of anything, they will do it. As long as it doesn't give other players an advantage, i'm fine with it. Pretty sure I won't be buying any of the cosmetic stuff either.
