Just as expected.. so it's basically the equivalent of CoD's Elite service. And we all know EA was kinda jealous at it's popularity.

Considered each DLC retails at $15, it's a good deal I guess (if you were planning to get all the DLC that is).

There's also some other stuff in there such as Server Queue priority over those who haven't purchased it as well as early availability of all DLC 2 weeks earlier than those who don't purchase it.

It sounds like EA is doing all they can to force us to purchase this which is completely ridiculous. I'll likely pick it up myself but only because I don't want to be 2 weeks behind everyone else when the expansions come out.

The best part is that I seriously doubt that EA will be held to this model if they find another way to make more money quicker. Just because we're paying for what, 3 or 4 expansions, it doesn't mean they'll be any good nor does it mean they'll all come out.

Anyone get a chance to play Battlefield 1943 on PC? EA promised and promised we'd see it and then some financial guru likely crunched the numbers are realized it wouldn't net the profits they needed to port the stupid game that was originally successful to to the PC Platform.

I swear, the more I have to buy from EA, the more I die just a little inside.
