Community interest in WARDOGS

As described on the Steam Page, WARDOGS is a TACTICAL ALL OUT WARFARE FPS where one hundred players split across three teams fight over the control zone. Set in the derelict industrial mountains of Eastern Europe on a destructible battlefield where teamwork pays and cash is king.

Apparently, you and your friends can team up and there's no limit to squad size, which if true, is f (expletive deleted) excellent!

Is there any Community interest in rubbing shoulders with your fellow Band of Others grunt in our Discord and fighting the good fight?

Oh, and to those of you interested, just know, you will likely die at least once in a @Noodleguitar flown helicopter.

I would definitely be interested, if we are playing on the weekend or at reasonable EU hours.

I've been watching streams over the weekend and it looks like a lot of fun when you're playing in a squad. It seems to be in a good place somewhere between the extremes. It's far from a hyperspeed, zero-attention-span shooter like Modern Warfare, but it's also not a super realistic milsim where you have to guess whether or not your shot killed an enemy.

Oh, what a bummer. I had a great time with you and Joe last night so I'm probably going to purchase the game.

Wardogs feels surprisingly deep and we laugh about that guy we met in first joining the server but was actually pretty helpful, couldn't drive worth shit though, rofl.

I really like the time to kill as well as most enemies in shooters are bullet sponges.

Also, moving around is stressful, run and gun just doesn't work.

Great first impression, can't wait to experience all Wardogs systems.

Did a few rounds with @Nejtun yesterday and figured out a couple of things:

At the start of the game, if you go to an enemy drill tower and find a guy there building fortifications with no armor and just minding his own business, and consequently shoot him in the head, nothing bad happens. Shortly after that, if you then steal one of their logistic trucks from under their nose and drive away while honking... they will hunt you to the ends of the Earth

And secondly, if you give Nejtun an SKS with a scope so that he doesn't have to use the shitty single-round sniper, he will dive head-first out of a helicopter and try to deploy his parachute 10 cm above the ground, falling to his death in a location that is impossible to get to, on the roof of a house. After finally figuring out that it is theoretically possible to get to his body, and spending 10 minutes parking a car next to the roof with millimeter precision, we found out that all of the contents in the backpack that was still on the roof had despawned by that time.

Jeff picked up the game as well, so our squad is growing.

I think that's one of the more enjoyable parts about this game, it really has a tendency to make you look really stupid at times.

I've gotten really messed up by barbed wire and thought I got cut by a broken window vaulting out of it the other day, unsure?

...easy to do as there exist no in tact window glass anywhere around you @Noodleguitar.
