It's now official Elder Scrolls Online has a release date of 4-14-14. The game seems to be shaping up quite well from what I've heard unless you follow the trolls at MMORPG which everything sucks and is a epic fail. What pisses me off is they never let old fucks like me beta test.

Because you aren't their demographic. The trolls on MMORPG are...and the simple fact is they KNOW they've got those guys anyway. They'll pay to play. The question is whether they'll pay to STAY.

I think it may have some staying just because of the Elder Scrolls IP and if they get the 3 faction PVP working. We will see after the first month on what kind of drop off they get.

A month from release and still a tight NDA. They lifted the NDA for some review sites up to level 15. There is some info floating around.

I'm in, played for 30 min this morning.

Using Megaserver tech, no different servers just one big shard. The graphics are better than I though they would be, very Skyrimish. Never finished the start area very slow leveling, but I understand that its a tutorial area.

It looks pretty decent indeed, also i never got out of the tutorial area either, just didn't have the time to play a lot during the weekend sadly.

However i just tried Wildstar-online with D.O.A., and man am i amazed.
Last night was the first night of playing and got up to level 6/7 i believe... and the npc's are so fecking funny with their comments and accents

I really suggest to sign up for a beta key, or even a stress test key (Testing for stresstesters starts this weekend.)

After playing another beta weekend I'm going to go ahead and pull the trigger and buy the game. The more I played it the more I enjoyed it's style even though I really did not like Skyrim. This game is 2 weeks from release any interest here in this game to where we can create a Fragtard guild?

I believe Jez and I will try this game out also. We have not had much chance to play in the beta, only a couple hours tops, but nothing game wise currently strikes that chord. I'm hoping this one might.

I've tried it one beta weekend and I really enjoyed it. Pretty fun game. Unfortunately I just don't have the available time to put into this game. Especially since i'm enjoying iRacing at the moment.
