ESS @ Nurburgring Combined - 1/29/2021 4:30 PST

I plan to do the ESS race at Nurbs Combined Friday. I plan to run the 4:30 PST time slot. I'll be doing some practice during PP this week as well. Would be awesome to have some others to chat with in TS on Friday if anyone else is interested in running the race.

Not sure what I'll drive yet. Waffling between the C8 and the P217.

I've been thinking of doing a race or two in this series, especially at this track. If I get enough practice in between now race time Friday I'll be joining you. I'll probably be running the C8.

Well this went not great. First protest I've filed in over a year. I started P2, got a good launch with the leader, and than the leader checked up at the start finish line. I assume he was trying to get me black flagged, but I reacted, and of course it caused a pile up. Thankfully they repair the P217 quickly so I was able to get enough laps in to still recover most of my SR/IR...but I had a real chance of winning that race, or at least getting a podium. What a shame.
