Forum Settings Changes

So I finally remembered to actually incorporate some of the changes you all have been ribbing me about now and then when they arise. I have no idea why it took me so long, I don't think my memory is what it once was

Changes are as follows:

• Post minimum character limit: reduced from 10 characters to 5.
• Thread Title Editing: increased from 5 minutes to 1440 minutes (24 hours).
• Image attachments/post: increased from 4 to 10.
