Fragtard Theme Issues

Part of the site rebuild process was re-evaluating the theme and keeping what worked while dropping what didn't. The theme was also taken to a much farther stage of development and I believe is nearing completion.

There are some issues that remain and I'm quite confident that I'm not even aware of half of them.

Can you all please do me a favor and should you run into any theme issues (regardless of how small), please post them here along with the following information:
  • Issue description
  • url of the page you were on where issue was noticed.
  • Any suggestions you may have.

Once this theme has been completed, I will work on creating additional themes based off this overall design but with different color pallets. The main reason for this is to give you all design choices over how you want to view our site while also creating custom aesthetic for all our individual forums.

Each and every forum will eventually have it's own, custom, theme.

Thanks all :)

The current main theme (the one with the Battlefield 3 Background Image) is very close to completion I believe but I need your help in verifying that claim.

Could I ask that you all keep your eyes open and respond here if you see ANY issues with the forum theme?

It doesn't matter how big or how small the issue so please throw them out there.

Once it's been verified the theme is complete, I'll start work on creating forum relevant themes such as the test theme (not finalized) in the ArmA Series Forum.

Thank you all for your help.

I've recently made a number of template changes that should help clean up some of the remaining issues and adjusted important font sizes larger while making general info/less useful info smaller.

This has certainly helped clean up some of the cell bumping we were having issues with in posts with longer titles and descriptions.

If you run into any issues, please let me know.

Just an FYI, all members will have their Custom Theme Selections reset to the default starting today, Saturday Sept 29, 2012.

This is a necessary step as all current sub-themes will be deleted and slowly replaced with proper, working themes based off the new default version.

Once I figure out what the exact issue is with the WYSIWYG Block and correct it, I'll start work on new, individually styled, sub-themes and add them as selectable defaults upon completion.

This entire process WILL take a very long time so please bear with me.

Thanks.

Ah shit, it's the 39th already! Feck, I didn't pay rent!!!!!!!

BTW, on Chrome the theme stretched to the width of the page until today, now it is just like firefox where it is a specific width. Just chiming in.

00ps, typo

Were you using the default theme because it's never been set to autostretch since day one? If it stretched the width of the screen then there was a problem somewhere.

Unfortunately, I cannot offer a full width theme at this time because there are just too many image elements that will break if it's allowed to stretch to resolutions from 1024px up to and including 2600px.

I will eventually offer up an autostretch version but it will only be a slightly modified version of the forum default and likely with no graphics.
