Intriguing! Though when it comes to boardgames I tend to be a bit old-school, preferring a rulebook and player aids to anything digital as I think it tends to slow things down (you have to point, click, read, register result and so on through this interface instead of just doing it in your head/together with your opponent). It feels like some of the tension is removed by the hi-tech gadgetry.
I love boardgames and I prefer to play F2F but this way it should at least be simpler to do "play-by-mail" sessions with remote players
