Hi, i have a slight problem.

Yesterday i created a new character (because i died) and when i went into a server i was stuck facing upwards. I can try move with my mouse but it just goes back to facing up and is really hard to change. It's like i am holding my mouse in a up/right position because i spin around (right way) and as i said facing up.

Please try help me.

Is this a Planetside 2 question or is it another game?

If it is Planetside 2, I'd create yet another character and see if you have the same issue. If you do it's likely some type of control issue (Reset to Default) and if not it's likely a bug (which Planetside 2 has plenty of).
