This Friday night the Blancpain Sprint Series visits one of the oldest continually running racetracks in the United States, the quick and bumpy Sebring International Raceway.

Located near Sebring Florida I'd expect the weather to be pretty warm this Friday and Humidity high.

Practice Session starts at 8 PM EST spanning 1 hour and 40 minutes commencing with our 20 minute, inverse grid, Qualify Race.

Main Race starts at approx 10:15 PM EST with 10 minute warmup and 50 minute Race. Grid positions carry over from Qualify Race Results. One Pit Stop required within 5 minute Pit Window at the 25 - 30 minute mark to take on tires only.

I should be there but I may run late and not catch much of the practice. It didn't work well for me last week but oh well...

Hope you didn't mind me editing in the standings and blog post link at the bottom.

I might be able to make the main race as I am preoccupied with something till at least 8ish my time (I think thats 10EST) , but I'll probably end up sitting this one out and focus on being a pest in TS. :p

Opposite of Diggy, I can do the qualify race but have to jump out of the main race a few minutes early, hopefully this is the last week of it...

... But we just got snow and my season pass is itching a hole in my pocket so won't know until tomorrow.

Doesn't look like I'm going to be there this week. I've only got so much cash so I'm buying the remaining 3 tracks I need to complete the Blancpain series after Sebring. Was going to buy Sebring but things didn't happen as fast as I was expecting so now I'm just waiting for next week.

In the immortal words of Hannibal from the A-Team, "I love it when a plan comes together!". Just bought Sebring, Brands Hatch, Daytona, and Zolder. Born on a green light daddy-o!!!!

Good choices. Sebring and Zolder get used a lot and Daytona has the added benefit of being usable for both road and oval. I'm not a big fan of brands hatch but I seem to be a minority.

Let us know if you need any help crashing at any of those tracks. Duke provides free punting to all our members.

Great track, but also tricky to race on. I've already lost 120 iR here because I can't seem to keep my traction-control-less McLaren on stuff that actually provides traction.

Something tells me Davey is going to be strong here. Which BMW can I hire to take him out?

I've finally sacked up and made the decision to split from the Ruf. Well, for the Blancpain series anyways. Like I have much of a choice. It's the beamer from here on out for me. Untill I decide to purchase a different GT3 car that is.

Honestly I really wish they'd leave the Ruf in the series and just open up more manufacturers possible in a race. I'd even keep the fraud in there if people want to drive it but given the SLS and Audi are on the way we'd be silly not to adopt them into League.

My belief is that we'll keep them all, it's just a matter of when they'll adopt DX11. When that hits, limitations of that sort should be alleviated. I think.
