iRacing Practice Pals Hosted Event Sat Dec 21, 14

Attention iRacers,

I'll be hosting a Practice Pals event on Saturday Dec 21, 2014 at Barber Motorsports Park for all GT3 Class vehicles.

The Session will be run mid-day this coming Saturday and will be live once we have the bodies here to populate it.

I'll be idling in our new Teamspeak Server.

We need everyone running the updated versions of our Band Of Others Racing Paints found in this topic.

The session will be passworded so entry can only be gained by those willing to run the skin.

@ Kyle, do you think you'd have something to put on the Ford?

It doesn't have to be finalized, just something to get our name on the vehicle.

I am not sure I will make it tomorrow. Want to but might have some BS family function. As for the Ford, I'll have something by then.

We can always make this happen Sunday if it makes it better for you.

The more drivers the merrier

Probably. But don't just plan around me. I'm always iffy on the weekends unless it is really late as usual.

I've already filed ten petitions to Nim about the first part of the GT3 schedule.

BUT if we are going to get a decent session up and get enough drivers, we should make it private and add a 20-30 minute race after 1-2 hours of practice.

Honestly it doesn't have to be. I just thought we'd run the track that comes up next week in the GT3 schedule.

Even though it's not one of my favorites, it is pretty good for close racing by design as it's quick, narrow and difficult to pass on.

Ideally I'd like a venue where the cars are forced into close proximity and this is pretty much perfect for that.

The main focus here is that some of this footage makes it into our iRacing Intro for YouTube.

BTW, I plan to host a number of these sessions in the upcoming weeks so we can get as much footage as possible to choose from.
