The worst piece of shit course the mazda cup has. In each and every of the 4 races I got knocked off the track by some bum, resulting in loss of SR and iR. It is extremely stupid by iracing to have this in the Rookie series. :icon_frown:

I have to agree this practice course is not really suitable for clean racing... eventhough i think it's a fun track to drive.

I actually spectated you doing a race on it, and you were doing your laps in a calm controlled manner, then towards the end of the race the pack started to catch up with you and I saw you getting tossed around like a bowlingbal in the back of a pick-up truck as they overtook you, so I can fully understand why you feel this way...

Looks like we'll have a decent racing track again next week though!

Yes, I had a feeling it would be like that. Everyone on the iRacing forums have been saying the same thing as you mate. I did one race on this track just to get a score on the board (still got 9 incident points from people hitting me) After that I've just been driving it in practice only. Next weeks course looks all good though

I'm currently 253rd in the Mazda Cup out of 6,345, hoping to keep climbing!

Finally raced on this one tonight and didn't do so well again. The good part is I only had 2 incident points but one was an off track in the field outside of turn 3 and I lost a boat load of time there.

Gridded 7th and ended up dead last in the space of a few laps. I did manage to claw my way back to a 9th place finish but still not where I could have been.

The one thing I've really noticed is I'm completely outclassed in these top splits. I'm in every top split now for Mazda Cup and not even close to the same league as these other drivers.

Kinda a bummer but I'll certainly stick with it, all I can do is improve right?
