I knew they could be nimble but not that much.

I think you missed the point a bit though as my Cruise Ships are on a river. I've never seen anything not require a tug on a river, at least not locally on the Fraser River.

They are their own tug boats, basically. It turns out the ABB Azipod propulsion units that the cruise ships use are systems also used in tugboats and ice breakers, so it'd be redundant for them to get another boat using the same system. It's not like the secondary propulsion system I expected.
