The Janktown Real Estate Program hit a dead end as there exists no path forward for people that visit my Janktown Twitch Streams infrequently.
Having said that, I believe I've finally landed on a path forward.
I'm going to revive my Pleb currency and only sell Real Estate to people who hold full-time jobs in the city.
I still haven't fully flushed out what this looks like but as a sample beginning

These roles are only open to regular viewers as they offer high pay, vehicle and mortgage allotments.

From a Real Estate angle, we'll only offer rented properties in High Rises and Apartment Buildings to start. I think this is a great, low impact and easy to manage way to see if a Real Estate program is even viable in Janktown.

- (<1 year): General Labourers; $3,000 - $4,000 Plebs monthly
- (1 - 2 years): Managers; $5,000 Plebs monthly
- (2 - 5 years): CEO's, CFO's, COO's, CIO/CTO's, CMO's; $8,000 - $10,000 Plebs monthly
- (5+ years): Owner, select Level 5 building of choice; $200,000 - $250,000 annually
