Looking for server suggestions or filter suggestions

Between my new rig and the network config JK showed us I am getting back into BF3.
I like to play conquest that has a map rotation and not a 24/7 server.
I don't care for the super high tickets.
I would prefer US/Canada based.
At this point 64/32/24 player doesn't matter.
I have the Karkand expansion but not the CQ.

Any server suggestions? So far Killer B seems to fit.

Any suggestions oh the best way to filter. I notice when I filter I get very few results with even a half full server.

My Server Filter is set as follows:

Game: Battlefield 3, Back to Karkand
Regions: North America, Canada
Preset: Normal
Detailed: Ranked, Punkbuster

...then I just sort by Player Count.

The Servers I spend the most time on are as follows but most of these are higher ticket servers; I do not like low or default ticket servers:

The filter system can be a nightmare and takes some messing about with to get lots of populated servers showing up.
