I may have posted a video or two of Mike Skeen's videos before, I'm not sure. Skeen races an R8 in the Pirelli World Challenege, which is now official partnered with Blancpain GT3.

I have to share this video, it has some of the best racing I've watched in a while. Really entertaining and very interesting to see his driving style and car setup completely differ from the drivers around him.

Ya I love Mike Skeen videos but my only complaint is he chops them to bits. I'd love it if he'd actually post full race videos.

I would definitely agree. Would've loved to see the final few laps battle against that Ferrari. This one is a bit better in terms of length but still not the full race. Sometimes they're only a few minutes long (like his other RA race the past weekend).

The Nismo videos on youtube are good for full races. But then I have to watch it from a Nissan instead of an Audi

They do drive a bit like assholes. The McLaren at the start almost pushed him off the track twice and then later the Ferrari actually pushed him off the track at the 3rd long straight.

So this is very related but a different youtuber, he runs in the PWC in the Audi. Very cool... awesome to see how closely we run (having just ran this in the BSS on iRacing) everything seems extremely similar....

Awesome, thanks Daunt Do you think braking point, entry, exit in the Nismo would be similar for the Merc? It looks about the same, although his entry into 16 looks quite early. I would think if we can get enough Fusion members to participate, we will run the Merc.

Translating that sort of thing into iRacing doesn't work very well I think. Overall gearing is usually similar I've found, but unlike iRacing, stupid RL has such variance in weather it's almost realistic Not to mention car setup heavily affects this, and track conditions (both weather and how sticky it is and how much its been driven on). So I think what he describes in the video, which are general walkthroughs of tracks highlighting tough corners, scary bumps and important parts to nail are as good as it gets. Are the braking points and such close? Sure they're not going to be drastically off... maybe a good starting point?

His lap is very sloppy and he admits it - I think it's just a practice session so he doesn't even have the race setup nailed down. I'd watch an iRacing hotlap video honestly... when i was learning all the tracks that's what I'd do.
