Nooooooooo! It seems that only the pilot can drop bombs/operate bomb sights (as in ROF apparantly)

hmmm strange ......The CO pilot can only man the guns then ????

I suspect it's like in IL-2, where the co-pilot could just manage the guns, yes.
This may be changed, hopefully, if enough testers suggests otherwise - it's still alpha/beta...
