A new game will be starting tonight, to be played only on Fridays and Saturdays.
Only nations under 150 development inside of Europe may be played. Vassals count for full points. There are zero exceptions to nations that may be played, if you are over by 1 point, that nation may not be played.
Outside of Europe, any nation may be played except Tim Tims, Ming and Mamluks.
The development limit will be increased by 1 development a year played. So as the game progresses, players that have died may move into other nations and eventually nations like France will be playable.
