Path to Install Black Shark 2 Upgrade

Do anyone know if I'm supposed to install Black Shark 2 in the Eagle Dynamics folder or should it reside in the Eagle Dynamics/KA 50 Folder (like Black Shark does)?

Its a completely separate game so can be installed anywhere other than the same folder as Blackshark 1.
