I don't know if this has been asked but does it have a BIOS reset? Is it possible the BIOS is also part of the problem?

I think it does have a BIOS reset plug on the motherboard, but I think that will do the same thing as unplugging the CMOS battery.
Repair shop would charge a diagnosis fee, so I'm looking into whether it still has warranty first. Regardless, I may have another announcement soon.
