Taken a couple of days ago, found a random airfield in the middle of nowhere while out exploring on the Bike. Met some pilot types, and the airfield manager let me have free reign to take some pics (I do like my photography) Luvvly Jubbly.

Supposedly one of Europe's best air shows.
Awesome weekend to camp out.
Some of the stalls in the airfield where handing out replica rifles and I got straight in with the M16A1. :icon_cool:

Oooh cool. I went to RIAT back in 2009 when I still lived in Tewkesbury UK. Awesome day all round but the aerial acrobatics done by the Chinook pilots with some crazy dude hanging out the back was the best part by far.

Haha wicked man. Yeah it's an awesome weekend for any plane fairy. Or come to think about it, just about anyone. We camped at the end of the runway so we were literally being woken up by F-16's, F-22's, Harriers, Eurofighters, Phantoms, The Vulcan, The B-2 Stealth Bomber and a number of Chinook's. It was awesome.
I think I was there in 2009 but I don't remember that?
I probally wasn't paying much attention hah!

They did have pyrotechnics this year to demonstrate bombing runs. That was awesome.

Outside of T.T.H. doing unmentionable things to a poor stuffed animal, everyone looks too reserved...

Reminds me of the two Americans, that showed me a map of Europe as they were asking for directions. The map looked like a map of Disneyland: Pizzaland beneath Bratwurstcountry.

Nevertheless you'd be welcomed and get some real Bratwurst (not the ones we sell to the tourists).

Yes please! I do not wish to do the tourist thing ever, I want to hit the streets a couple off those areas. London was nice, but Bideford and Appledore in Devon was so amazing. Riding a crap bike on the Tarka trail in December in the rain will be an experience I will never forget!
