Just to inform you all, the sites may be down for a short period of time tonight:

We are writing to inform you that your server, host.lifesupporters.com, is included in an emergency server maintenance window that has been scheduled for tonight,December 18th, 2014, spanning from 1:30AM CST (GMT-6) to 8:00AM CST (GMT-6). This emergency maintenance window is being scheduled to patch a severe kernel vulnerability that has just been announced: CVE-2014-9322. It is paramount to your server's security that this update be applied immediately, because it allows an unprivileged user with access to your server the ability to obtain root privileges within your server. WiredTree is deeply committed to maintaining your server's security at all times, and as such, we have decided to immediately apply the patch for this vulnerability.

The patch does require a reboot of your hardware node, which will subsequently result in a reboot of your server. This reboot will occur sometime within the maintenance window times discussed above. We anticipate the downtime of your server to last no longer than 15 minutes. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause, and we appreciate your understanding of the severity of this issue.

This is easily the best Webhost I've ever dealt with, they don't wait for problems and they don't farm out Tech Support.

Their at the higher end of the price spectrum but in this case you certainly get what you pay for.

I've also gotten 3 bandwidth upgrades and a number of hardware upgrades since joining them and all of them have been free.
