Shadowrun Returns is available for 75% off on Steam, dropping its already low price to under $4.
I highly recommend this game, both because the base game is a fun little RPG, and because there's a whole bunch of user-generated content out there to be enjoyed as well, and more constantly being made. I'd also advise grabbing Dragonfall, which at $15 is still a bargain -- doubly so because they're releasing a "director's cut" of that game FOR FREE to owners of the DLC version of Dragonfall (the $15 one that's available now) as a standalone game with improved graphics and an improved editor for user-generated content.
Basically, a lot of the fan-made modules will be ported to the new version, and new modules will probably be native to it.
So, for less than $20, you get two solid games, plus a large base of user-created content with the potential for a lot more to come.
