Sorry, had to start a new city to get alloys since I couldn't get them imported.I tried to join your Region today little P but mondo claimed pretty much all the good land and rage quit lol.
I started a new Region today called Deepinmee, feel free to join
Your problems are so weird compared to mine as I've not experienced this problem either. I was even able to import both coal and alloys even when I was the only City on the Server.
BTW, does anyone know who the 4th is Deepinmee or is it just some random? little P seems to think you sent him money Johnny so maybe he's a friend of yours?

So do I need to make the Server Private? Are friends able to join if the Server is Private simply because their on my Friends List?
BTW little P, I've got close to $5 million accrued so I can send you some more funds to get out of the hole (lol).
...but I'm pretty sure you're screwed unless you deal with the inroads leading to your Trade Depot's. Also, you really should consider rail because it's not constrained by road traffic so goods are much more free flowing. At least that's how it seems to work in my City.

Yeah, its strange because it states that they specifically fixed that problem in the last patch but for me it didn't work. It would sell to the global market but not buy, but only on that one city.
