I can't join as my messenger pigeons aren't even close to the required speed of delivery yet

I'm also in dire need of a faster line but in my case its vdsl as only option.
However the only deliverer is Telia, and i'm not keen on them I'll have to
call them and ask some serious questions beforehand.

If i get it i can get 60/40 under best circumstances and that is enough for hosting

Yup, 60/40 is a pretty good speed both for hosting and playing.
I had 12/6 before so you should be hosting anything without any problems with that package (though I can't answer for how good your experience was when connected to my server, anyways it can only get better ).

Nah, I was away I had planned on trying to get to try CoD again but this week is absurd
in regard to my work. Away on conference rest of the wee so thursday is a no go aswell.

Is anyone free any other evening in the week?

Asch, this week is totally busted for me. We have a tremendous workload right now.
Have to rent personnell from a manning-pool to get over the peak!

Right, lets plan a bit fwd. Tuesday is ARMA Thursday we said flightsims. Do we
have a concensus about this setup? I don't know if it's possible to host on a 24/1 line
because i don't know the amount of traffic those games render!? But i'm willing to try

That's nice of you Haja. Can you please make a thread for the 7 February like Leimboy did with the planned mission for Arma2? I think a 6 player coop would be nice. When do you have time to fly a little DCS-A10 with me?

I'm available this weekend for some DCS and I will set up a thread for 7/2 and we will find out if my current speeds work for hosting!!!

I can't join next week either, but I've heard rumors from my ISP that they will start working on my internets next Wednesday. That's THREE weeks ahead of the norm around here
Hopefully I will get myself installed in the house the week after that.
Then I'll be more than ready to host again!
