For the next week, we’re enable Free Fly access to all accounts… which means that anyone can jump in to Star Citizen Alpha 2.1.2 today! The Free Fly event gives everyone access to three unique parts of the Star Citizen experience:

I must admit it looks insanely awesome. But I am trying to tell myself to stay away because of their payment model. You hear their newest, biggest ship is on sale? Only costs your firstborn child.

I'm pretty sure that's just their kickstarter model and all the ships will be able to be purchased in game only when it actually releases.

I think you are right Quadro. Still a ridiculous model that they took waaaaay overboard. Makes me pretty nervous to approach the game.

Once again. You do not have to buy the largest ship to be able to fly it.
You can get the same ships by playing the game, eventho it will probably take 100 years.

I payed 30 USD for my starter kit and as Gillian Anderson is on the cast for SQ42, I feel quite allright with that. Hopefully I'll be able to play it sometime. :lol:
