Three people have been arrested and the site is marked as a crimescene.

I don't think anyone was arrested though. They voluntarily reported themselves to the police and we considered 'suspects', so they have more rights. They're no longer a suspect.

It's a miracle that no-one died or even got injured during this incident, considering every fell on houses and shops.
