BSS/PWC Schedule Comparison
This is NOT an in-depth comparison between the European Blancpain GT Series and it's U.S. counterpart, Pirelli World Challenge. As a follow up to a discussion that was had in TS regarding the scheduled race times. just a schedule comparison between the two series, this is merely a schedule comparison between the two series to compare what time races start and finish, and how often both races are held on the same day or on different days.
I determination for "Track Usage" is not scientific, but rather a estimation based solely on the number of SERIES (not car count, specifically);
Blancpain GT Series is a bigger series, obviously very much a "home field advantage", so it headlines all of it's races, and usually brings in a large number of series to support it.
Pirelli World Challenge is a smaller series, playing younger brother to SCCA's other "Pro series", the deeply-American-rooted Trans-Am Series, and is made up of mostly imported European brands, which makes it a little more niche. The few events that PWC does headline only see a handful of other series come in, usually other SCCA amateur series.
How/If any of this impacts our league is minimal at best, but I was enjoying digging into this and figured I would share anyways.

I determination for "Track Usage" is not scientific, but rather a estimation based solely on the number of SERIES (not car count, specifically);
- A base line number of "in-house" series supported at each event
- BSS brings GT Sports Club, GT4, and either Super Trofeo or Trofeo Abarth to most of their events.
- PWC brings GTS/TC
- The number of external series brought in for the the weekend as support
- BSS usually brings in other FIA series like F2, F3, and/or F4
- PWC usually brings in other SCCA series like F1600/F2000/F Atlantic
- The number of other series PWC/BSS Supports themselves
- BSS appears, almost always, to be the main event for their race weekends.
- PWC usually gets paired with IMSA (P2/PC/GTLM/GTD), NASCAR, or Indycar (which brings along with it the Mazda Road to Indy: MX-5, F-2000, Pro-Mazda, Indy Lights)
