Many of you may be familiar with the Usergroup Color Bar slightly above the footer on the forum main index page.

For those of you not familiar with it, this is what it looks like:

• Administrator • Site Admin • Super Mod • Moderator • 332 Officer • Valued Member

Previously, there was also a color legend for the Usergroup "Valued Member" which contains all the fine folks who do not hold a Staff Rank.

Unfortunately, I've had to remove the Valued Member from the color bar for now as I simply cannot get it to display the correct color value across multiple themes.

The only way to do it is to create a link which means they all need to be links which means they all need to link to something that I haven't even conceived as of yet.

For now I've had to remove the Valued Member Usergroup but promise to re-instate it once I've figured out where in the template to manually edit it for all Usergroups.

BTW, you are still all Valued

lol I'm so sorry.

I do not hate you but I am admittedly a bit of a permissions nazi. Loose privileges now mean a pain in the @ss later if I ever have to sort them out.

Individual privileges are the worst of all as there not Usergoup related so you can literally make dozens of changes, forget said changes and then have to revert everyone and start over.

I've f3cked up permissions so many times at Lifesupporters that I'm trying to learn from those mistakes here.

...the active word being "trying" lol.

Don't worry my friend, we have a special "pink" membership/privilege in mind just for certain "special" members. It will be an elite group I assure you. Duke is just making the final "special" touches.

I tried to get it working but everytime I think of "flashing" I get distracted, stop everything, and take my pants off.

I then end up in my Happy Place and forget what it was I was supposed to be doing
