What is the time for you at 2000 CET? Is earlier or later better we can try to adjust it slightly either way.
Getting more people along would be even better. The more the merrier (and in the case of ARMA2 - safer )

I'm not really sure what time that is without looking at a timezone convertor? Typically whenever we hook up, it's around 11 AM - 12 PM and that suits me just fine.

Every gamer in North America that I know is within 3 hours of my timezone so I'm pretty confident it's a good time to meet up.

I don't think you want to push it back any further as it will be getting too late for you guys.
